- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Karl Sweet has the worst customer service I have ever seen. We canceled our police over a month ago, and we still have not received our refund of over $200.00. If we do not have our refund by 07/13/15 I will be taking them to small claims court. It might just be $200.00, but to some people that live pay check to pay check that can be used for food on the table, water bill, gas bill, power bill. I will never come back to this company and will never recommend anyone to this company. It is amazing how one person can make the entire company look like asses.
