- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I feel like a number here instead of a patient. They never call back & they can never get you in. Won't give me my lab results without an appointment which is ridiculous. I ended up getting my diagnosis & lab results from my PCP who is also at St. Luke's so they use the same computer system.
