- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Alliance was completely out of touch with their buyer and the buyers agent. Paperwork didn't arrive in a timely manner and as the seller we had to call several times to ensure that the close was actually going to take place. When they finally did sign paperwork at 7 AM they failed to get their stuff to the bank in time for the wire deadline, even though they told us that funding had taken place. We had to wait over 24 hours after the title was recorded to finally receive funding and even then they wouldn't acknowledge that they were even partially at fault . And they handed keys off to buyer prior to funding. Wouldn't recommend Alliance to anyone unless they don't care about actually having things take place in a timely manner.November 08, 2017by Bridget Tilton
